Good evening, girls. The last couple of month I have been using my new Nikon D5500 camera. It is so nice and I have to say that I am a big fan of Nikon. Their cameras is so easy to use and then they take some very good pictures. In collaboration with Nikon I will now share some tips and tricks to take good photos.
LIGHT IS EVERYTHING
There is one thing who means the world- the light. Light is everything and it is so important. For some weeks ago J and I meet up with a Nikon expert. He learn us how to use our camera and then he gave us some tips. One thing that he learn us, was how we edit the light on the camera. Above you see two photos. One where the photo is taken with "auto" and another one where it is taking with "A" and then we have turn on some light. It is crazy to see the difference and on the second picture the light is so good! It is easy to edit the light on the camera so you can do it on the run.
THE PERFECT BACKGROUND
Another thing that is important is the background and location. It is so important to have the right location. I like my photos clear and simple so often I go after a simple white or grey background.
THE "FADED" BACKGROUND
It looks so cool and professionel when the backgrounds of the photos is faded. I have just bought a new objective to my camera. This new objective can fade the backgrounds. I can't wait to get is and use it for my photos.
SHOOT PICTURES FROM BELOW
When you are taking pictures it is great if your photographer is taking the pictures from below. You look much more pretty and then your legs looks longer, which is pretty okay ;-).
AVOID THE SUN
Yes, I know it sounds stupid but it is true. I take almost all my pictures in the shadow. It is so much easier to take pictures in the shadow and easier to edit them afterwords. Off course some pictures have to be taking in the sun (especially in the summer time).
The best photos is often taken closer than normal. When you take a closer photo you can see all the details and moves. So, you don't have to be scared of taken closer photos. Also when you are taken outfit photos you can take some closer one as well.
TAKE PHOTOS FOR FREE
It does not cost anything to take photos so just go crazy and take a lot! You can always delete the photos afterwords.
